Real Life Story: The Howe Family

This family is dear and special friends of ours. They are the type of people who are always there with a helping hand or solid advice, whenever you need it.  They spread kindness everywhere they go and wonderful parents to boot. Our kids are also around the same ages, which is an added bonus. Finding great parent friends who you can really connect with can be hard, amirite?

So when the time came to find my first family to document in this unposed/journalistic style, approaching them with the idea was a no-brainer. We kept it short and sweet for just a few hours in the evening and had a great time hanging out. It officially sparked a fire inside me to find more families to photograph in such a casual, real, authentic way.
